Welcome to the playing field! Getting ready for some Trax puzzles, are you? Ok, I won't make you disappointed. Here we go! Most of the puzzles on this page now were created by Martin Pedersen, aka chaz. For each puzzle, a move list is given below the puzzle that you can easily copy and paste into Trax 4.35. (Note: If you copy and paste the puzzles into Trax 4.35 it may be the wrong player's turn to play. Check on the page who is to play.) cjr puzzle page - Here, I present my best real-game puzzles. It wont be easy! If you think you have a win for any or all of the puzzles, or if I have made any mistakes, please send me an email. For a full solution, give me the shortest win, if possible an active one! chaz puzzle pages - 24 puzzles, probably generally better to start with than my puzzles. Also contains some difficult puzzles, particularly the 6 to 8 stage wins! Click the left frame to go to the puzzle page of your choice. Puzzles are not getting progressively harder, but the difficulty is given(approximately) by the number of stages given in each problem! Thanks go to McVerne for letting me use parts of his source (modified slightly by me) for converting *.trx files to html, which has made it easier for me to create the puzzle pages. Creating your own puzzles Now, this page wouldn't exist without puzzles, and for it to flourish, it will need even more puzzles. So, here's how you can make your own to appear on this page. For the purpose of teaching a series of puzzles teaching in turn Ls, edges, separation, line threats etc. would be especially welcome. Create the puzzle in the Trax playing software Trax 4.35 (DOBY will currently not work. Open the file in notepad and add the following 2 lines at the end: (#description and #objective) where description is usually a numbering of your puzzles and objective is the goal of the puzzle. Both lines should be preceded by a cross-hair as above. Save the files in a single directory as 1.trx, 2.trx, 3.trx... Zip this directory. Send the file to me at cjr2000@telia.com . And, you are done! With hope to see many puzzles on this page in the future!
